Approach

RD pic.jpg

I’m a Registered Dietitian in New Jersey specializing in gut health and nutrition therapy. I’ve helped clients with IBS, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, SIBO, and other digestive concerns better understand their symptoms, improve their gut health, and develop a more comfortable relationship with food.

My personal experience with IBS inspired me to learn more about the underlying causes of digestive symptoms and evidence-based approaches for managing them. I completed training through Monash University and use the Monash FODMAP elimination and reintroduction protocol to help clients identify individual food triggers while avoiding unnecessary long-term restriction.

While gut health is a primary focus of my practice, my nutrition expertise extends beyond GI conditions. I also provide individualized nutrition therapy for menopause, diabetes management, GLP-1 medications, food allergies, and weight management.

My approach is non-judgmental, practical, and rooted in a no-diet mentality. I don’t believe you need to fear food or unnecessarily restrict your diet to feel better. Instead, I work with you to understand your unique nutrition needs, identify strategies that fit your lifestyle, and build a healthier, more flexible relationship with food.

Whether you’re struggling with digestive symptoms, navigating menopause or a chronic condition, managing your nutrition while taking a GLP-1 medication, or simply looking to improve your relationship with food, I’m here to help you find an approach that is both evidence-based and sustainable.
